They learned first-hand how much time, money and effort a landlord can waste when involved in the eviction process." The header had Eviction as the highest ranking keyword. It was followed by Landlord, Tenant, and Renter Rights which isn't as ranked as highly as Eviction. The next words the site uses is Eviction Hearing. Housing Laws was also included and might not be understood by search engines.
